1.   Newly remodeled breakfast area. Poor coffee service, had to ask them to make it and they said once it ran out that was it. No laundry room available for guests at the hotel. One desk clerk spent her time on her cell phone ignoring guests and had poor attitude. No bathroom fans in their rooms. Otherwise good location, close to everything. Elizabeth Castillo, United States   2.   It is a wonderful hotel located in a decent area. It is very convenient to shop and dine: costco right across the street and big shopping mall close by. The price is so good compared to downtown Chicago. I just miss this hotel after I left. BAU-YI CHENG, Taiwan
