1.   I had read some poor online reviews of this hotel before deciding to stay there myself. I found the standards of the hotel to be excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. And you could not wish for a better location to begin your exploration of fabulous downtown Chicago. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I had a great stay there.
